The 2 1/2 acre lake is kept clean with a special oxygen diffuser system. This is the same system running in many lakes and reservoirs all over the world. It has created one of the cleanest, healthiest bodies of water you can find. Its great for swimming, fishing, small boating, and relaxing.

Hot Tub..

Enjoy the hot tub on the deck overlooking the water. During the day, you can watch the Heron, if he is visiting.  At night, the stars fill the sky.  With a glass of wine and some music, it's perfect.

Evenings sitting around the fire...

Sit around the fire pit by your private lake for an evening of s'mores is great way to end a perfect day. OR if the weather is chilly, enjoy the unique stacked stone fireplace in the Great Room.

My wife and I and our two children rented the house for the winter season and we absolutely loved it! Even more wonderful than the house is the location... you will feel like you are away from it all yet you are only a few minutes from great restaurants, shopping, hiking and everything else the Berkshires has to offer.

The house and setting are both spectacular. The house is thoughtfully designed, clean and replete with amenities and features required by a family to make for a comfortable, enjoyable and relaxing experience. Just a stone's throw from all of the Berkshires' best offerings, this nearly new home is breathtaking. It was immaculately clean, very well-maintained and well-appointed, and it offered exactly the kind of easy comfort we were looking for.
